I believe in hard work, honesty and collaboration with clients who share the belief that design makes a difference. I’ll go the extra mile to offer a service that I’d like to experience myself.
Things to note
Below you’ll find some answers to frequently asked questions and general guidance when working with Carbon Camel Design.
Name
Great design is never about the designer, rather the people who are receiving your messaging.
Carbon Camel Design is named after a giant, awkward black camel, and is a constant reminder that beauty is in the eye of the beholder – or audience. The camel only needed to impress those bidding on her at the auction. To the lucky new owner, she was stunning.
Pricing
The cost of a project depends on a few criteria, including the time involved and overall complexity. Depending on the project, billing can be a fixed price determined upfront or by an hourly rate.
All pricing is transparent and all fees are discussed and agreed upon before starting a project. Reach out for a free quote, and to discuss how Carbon Camel Design can help.
Timing
Each project will have a unique timeline based on the scope of work needed, discussed and agreed upon in advance. Your schedule is important, and every attempt to meet it will always be made. Faster turn-around between drafts is often achieved by being timely when providing feedback and project content.
Process
We’ll collaborate and work closely through a couple rounds of revisions to produce a successful final product.
We’ll start with a conversation or two about your project, organization and overall vision. You’ll then receive a quote that includes all of the details for moving forward.
Next you’ll receive mock-ups or concepts for review, and based on your feedback the design will be revised and refined. We’ll connect a few times throughout the process to ensure you are excited about the direction that the project is headed.
Based on your final feedback, tweaks and adjustments will be made to perfect the project. This may involve creating accompanying collateral pieces. Then, you’ll receive the final product files!
